An article I read proposed Religion dying off by the year 2038 to Atheism. The article points the shift due to economical factors.
It's laughable to me, because as a Christian scripture is not limited to what majority believe. It stands alone. Even if 100% of the population is an "Athiest" that does not make the Bible any less true.
If we rated morality based on what a majority of people thought, morality will be at a really bad place.
